Yeah it doesnt look like its got a 'feed tube' for inside the bottle. Seemingly easily remedied with some diy silicone tubing, or flipping the bottle upside down, resucing the tubes length. these bottles are strange in that they dont need like a vent to allow air into it to dispense waters, so maybe you'd be able to just suck the air out to get to the water.
