Got in on the last drop for the Vapur Water 2 pack and have now used them several times. I'm impressed. I have partially frozen an almost full bottle and completely frozen one without any damage. Here the pros and cons I have experienced:
PRO: 1. They stand up well even on uneven surfaces like grass. 2. The screw on top is completely water tight, no leaks. 3. The capability to roll up the bottle and secure it with the d-ring makes for a compact, light and portable storage solution. 4. Kids intuitively know how to use it, probably because of all the juice packs they have consumed. 5. Because it is flexible it can be shaped to fit in may different holders in cars and chairs and sits snugly.
CON: 1. It sweats with cold liquids but so would any uninsulated container. 2. The plastic carabiner seems too flimsy to really trust with a full bottle. It has not broke but time will tell. 3. The material is really tough but I'm not sure it would withstand a sharp object like falling on a rock. 4. It takes a really long time to completely dry the inside of the bottle. It was almost two days before all moisture was gone.
Bottom line: It is a useful water bottle for use around town or camping and as a space saving back up. I found myself handling the bottle carefully because it just felt a little bit flimsy. Based on other reviews that probablyis not the case but I would be reluctant to use it as my only source of water carry while backpacking or other extreme situations. For the tough stuff I would still turn to my trusted Nalgene bottles some of which have served well for more than 20 years. That said, I would buy them again.
