This is my experience with this site, after placing a few orders in the last few months. - No updates or any communication from massdrop or the vendor after placing the order. Vague messages such as "awaiting confirmation" doesn't mean anything... - Wildly varying shipping dates - Not enough items arrived to fulfill all orders... Seriously? You guys had our orders for months, and apparently no one from Massdrop can count the orders they received and compare that number with the items available at the vendor? - Shipping things with FedEx Smartpost or USPS that often let package sit for a week at a location before delivering. For the amount we are being charged for S&H, apparently massdrop is too cheap to spend an extra buck or two for proper FedEx or UPS delivery.
Am I the only person who starting to think this site is more of a scam to get crowdfunded short term loans than actually delivering discounted products. Anyway, this is the last time I will be buying anything on this website.
