So when I connect there are no available services:

I have no idea why, it seems to connect to my phone ok though.
Answer: This seems to have a very finicky bluetooth adapter for the keyboard and didn't like my internal Intel Centrino 2230 Wireless-N Bluetooth 4.0 LE card. I had an Asus USB-BT400 that pairs with the keyboard. I suppose I'll find a new adapter for my laptop.
