Checking back in with you all for a quick update. We just got off the phone with the vendor, and we are currently a week ahead of schedule. They confirmed that they should be getting the finished goods tomorrow, and they plan on shipping the bulk order out on the same day.
With transit time type typically lasting a week, our warehouse In New Jersey should be receiving the bulk shipment on 8/13. Our team will be ready to break the shipment down and turn around your individual orders as quickly as possible.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/12 or sooner if something comes up.

ArthurMNew to this - does this mean there will be another potential drop soon, or these are items already ordered for distribution? I'd love to get my hands on this keyboard.

These are keyboards that have been ordered for a drop that has already ended.
However, please be sure to check back. If there are enough requests, this drop will be ran again in the near future!

ArthurMHello. I bought the Varmilo VB87M Bluetooth and Massdrop told users that those that selected the front key caps will receive a 'separate shipment' with the keycaps. To this date, I have not received such a shipment. Tomorrow I am going to my bank to get a refund for the order. I am also emailing Massdrop to see why I didn't receive the keycaps which by mistake were sent incorrectly in the first keyboard for those of us who selected front key caps. Thanks

ArthurMStill nothing for me either (The front printed keycaps) , moving soon too so not sure if I will ever receive them... just curious, what are you shipping the keycaps with for Canadians? Canada Post?

ZaczacGuys, they are literally waiting on shipment of the current batch of keyboards which we should receive an update on by the end of today so there is a chance that your replacement caps are in that shipment.

frebibonce scum bag steve heck his pic even looks like him said he was going to back charge even though he has his keyboard and is getting bonus key caps the other impatient popped up. many of them apparently don't know how massdrop works. they are not your typical retailer they don't have the product you order when you order. instead they gather a bunch of orders together to then go to the factory nd say if you can discount we will get you this many special orders. so then the orders are collected then placed then the factory has to start making them then they have to be shipped by boat across the pacific thru the panama canal and up to NJ and all that takes time. if a mistake happens in original order it will probably take that much time again to fix the problem because that means remanufacturing. they didn't want to make you wait too long to get your keyboards and enjoy them even with wrong keycaps so they sent you the boards with the wrong keycaps so you could at least enjoy part of it while they get you the missing part is that too hard to understand.

AntonyFaragI'm not trying to make a big deal out of this and this is my first drop purchase so I apologize if I seem impatient. I just want to know what's going on. I mean an update or email to the previous backers on what's going on is all I really want. They could say I'm getting the key caps in six months and I wouldn't care. I just want the communication to be there.

ethirtymI concur, I wish I could get some type of update regarding this, it has been over a month and a half since i have gotten the keyboard, i have waited patiently and we haven't heard anything from a Massdrop rep about the key caps since the initial email. This is my first purchase from Massdrop and it really may be my last, the least you can do is let us know what time frame we can expect to receive our product in, especially when there are so many people requesting it in the discussion. I don't mind waiting but i do mind getting bad customer service.
