PhaizorzI generally find that hitting FN + Insert will get it re-paired again. But turning it off and back on should also work.

PhaizorzI have the same issue as Phaizorz in windows 8. When I turn the keyboard on, it pairs immediately with my HP Elitebook 840G2, but I cannot type. I have to delete it and repair it. This also happens when I reboot my laptop or put it to sleep and wake it again, just as Phaizorz described. Turning it off and on will not do the trick, nor does pressing FN +Insert again after turning it on. Does anyone know how to fix this?

PhaizorzI'm having the same issue. Surface Pro 3 on Windows 10. Once I turn the keyboard off and back on, the computer sees it, says its connected, but no type will show up on the screen. As Phaizorz has said, you have to delete it and re-pair it every time before it works again. I haven't tried it on anything else like phones or tablets, but it is annoying to have to keep doing this every time. I followed reviews for this keyboard and I never noticed anyone complaining about this issue in previous drops. Is this unique to these current units?

PhaizorzFinally fixed my bluetooth issues with Win 10. I have a Kinivo Btd-400 adapter and i'd need to delete and pair the keyboard again every time I turn off the keyboard or computer. An angry commenter on the Kinivo site pointed me to this driver on the HP site http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=vc_154678_1#tab1 ( or google 12.0.1.695 Rev.A(27 Jul 2015) )

apocalypse21well it is working for me on windows 10 with an internal pci bluetooth card. I have no problems if i ever loss pairing from a glitch which only happened once i just had to turn off the keyboard and turned it on. it instantly repaired.

AntonyFaragthanks so much for responding back...another question... can I use the keyboard for pc computer gaming like starcraft 2 without there being an issue of lag and responsiveness - is the Bluetooth powerful/responsive enough?

apocalypse21Yes no problem no latency. 4.0 is almost equal of not better in latency then wired options especially if you use a pci/m.2 card

DaremoshiranaiDo the listed devices supported require the driver for HP as well? or do they work without any driver? Thanks in advance

DaremoshiranaiHey, sorry for bugging but I just tried your drivers and I still can't get it to work. Would you mind providing the steps that you used to pair the device and keep it paired on the onset of a restart or shutdown?

naftalizuxAnyone ever figure out how to get this keyboard to work properly?? I'm having the same issue when I restart or come out sleep mode on Windows 10 - have to repair every g-damn time... I found the Broadcom BT driver mentioned above, but my Surface Book 2 cannot recognize the driver file...
