Shipping to my country costs 55.75 $, that is almost 50% of the keyboard's price. Is it shipped in an ivory box wrapped in panda fur and sprinkled by unicorn tears?? What the actual fk? Shipping cost alone makes this keyboard not worth buying -.-'

Bane85Where are you from? The shipping 55.75$ is expensive.

Bane85It's around 50$ pretty much anywhere outside of US. Probably has to do with lion batteries being considered as dangerous therefore items containing them are more expensive to ship.

Bane85OK. You can tell your address to this store and check whether you can save some money on shipping. They use DHL so it is very fast. https://www.amazon.com/s?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&me=A33NGRV9BJAC4E&merchant=A33NGRV9BJAC4E&redirect=true

Bane85would be nice if it could be shipped without batteries, although they don't give any specs for them i would under no circumstance think the batteries are more valuable than the increased shipping fee of atleast 20 $. especially given keyboards usually run on 5V from USB,

ArchCelI believe the fee is due to non removable Li-Ion battery inside this bluetooth version.

Bane85I find that most batteries are removable, it's just a matter of dedication ;) Although there probably is a reason for designing it in that manner, however I still consider the practice of non removable batteries wasteful at best. Especially given the issues with shipping.

Bane85You are talking about the Amazon store? They can ship, though the default setting says not. You can contact them via email or whatsapp(ID are customer service tels in the store.). I am a fan of Varmilo keyboards and bought several from them. This is their skype: Ray_liu1 . Hope it helps.

xlarti I am Canadian, they shipped to me via DHL. I believe they can ship to Denmark too. You can write a short email to check. I bought many Varmilo keyboards from them. They are orginal. And got several Varmilo PBT keycap as gifts. Why it is strange? It seems a Hongkong company. As far as I know, most electronics factories including keyboard factories are located in mainland China. You know Chinese human labor is cheap...

audrey1I wasn't saying that it's odd that it's chinese, the odd part would be why they would ship to the states and not europe, when they are in China, it's all the same to them. maybe it's just because it's on Amazon.

xlartiUnderstand. So that is reason why I believe they can ship to Denmark, too. I just guess, maybe there are different shipping rates to different countries. You can check the shipping rate to Denmark with them. By the way, I didn't see that store in Amazon European markets.
