I've purchased Venque bags back when they're still in Kickstarter/Indiegogo. And I must say their bags quality are really really good, and their customer service are top-notch. One of my friends who get the same bag, somehow have a glitched zipper, and Venque just sent a brand new one without require him to return the damaged bags. And we're from Australia and they didn't even bother asking shipping fees.
