I never liked earbuds until I came across the original Monks. They seemed so "in the past". I have a pair of Shure 535, Bowers and Wilkins C5, Havi B3 Pro1 and a few other iems and since I got the Monks and later, the Zen v2 they get absolutely no eartime whatsoever. If you never heard the Monks before and have iems that cost far beyond that $5 you put up for them you will start to question what you really are paying for. Take the plunge.
