easy for someone to fake yours. Much easier for you to claim somebody faked yours while you dump the ones that didn't make it past quality control onto the Chinese market. That is the norm. No reason to think your company is any different, especially after hearing the evidence for myself.
p.s. It wouldn't be me asking you shit about the red ones. Not interested in them...or anything else from you for that matter.
yamanjoeIt is also very easy for everybody who rooted for me to be wrong, for respected reviewers to be wrong, for guys posted in the 285-page-monk-head-fi-thread to be wrong, cuz u r the only one not under my spell in the whole world, THERE IS NO REASON TO EVEN DOUBT THAT.
Even Premium electronics like iphone can have a certain rate of defects, and they ARE OEM-ed in China. And u should go back to stone-age if u have a more shit to say about Chinese Market or US, but u insist on ur choice of free-speech, here is my company address ( use our taobao store and send a "3" to our wangwang account , u will get the address automatically, again make sure u r talking to the real deal ok? Since u r already in China, there is really no reason not to rite? Come on , give me a chance to show u some of us are not really part of this harmonious society when u so directly insulted our Entire Chinese Market , if u r so fed up by our Market, why don't u leave the country ? I don't know , maybe u enjoy being screwed over and over again, instead of trying to solve the problem by leaving China or returning / exchanging the item, u wanna stick around so that u can trash other people on the free-of-consequence-safest environment , called the internet! And just maybe that is the only way u can feel any importance in real life. For the record, on taobao, all rules are made to protect the interest of the customers , u can easily return anything within 7 days without any issue, if u actually care about solving the issue and protect ur interest instead of whatever else u r trying to do here.
Again we made it easy enough for guys to buy stuff directly from us on both AE and Taobao, and anybody who r trying to buy them should come directly to us, we are not perfect, but we do take care of our own. The only damn reason why someone like this will not buy directly from us, is because they wanna buy them for less~ and that is why they r screwed. Again from the way u talked , u probably deserved it too. (Why would the system rank us highest when u search our stuff, I don't know , try again, hello, maybe because we are the only one selling the real deal there, and 99.9% of guys knows that!!!!!)
Also the reason I used "p.s." in this sentence is, cuz it is a different topic, after i told guys here the right way to buy the standard ones from our store or buy the MD red exclusive red here. Obviously, U R NOT included.

yamanjoeFeel sorry for you man. Can't think how someone bought fake Monk even though its popularity is now spreading like wildfire. I'd feel so stupid if that happened to me. Though I won't talk shit about the real deal and look like a big time loser.

geargeekspThe store I bought the monk plus from is a reputable store with a five heart rating. It is the first one to come up when you do a search for monk plus. It is not cheaper than your offer is. It is more expensive. I feel confident they are selling what they received from you. Your shop, by the way, I was unable to find on taobao's search. I tried Venture Electronics, VE Monk plus and various other names with no success.
I won't return it because it's not worth the effort for such a cheap thing. The shipping I would have to pay to send it back would be half as much as a refund would be.
Yes I do have shit to say about the Chinese market. That's because I have first-hand experience of the way that it works. The world should know that there are a lot more shysters like you here and that for all the nice stuff they are receiving, normal Chinese people are getting screwed over by the likes of you.
But as for your unsolicited advice as to what I should do with my life, you can put that where the sun doesn't shine...along with your head.
p.s. If you're gonna write a letter to me, then have enough intelligence to know that the p.s. is also to me. If you have a message for someone else, the p.s. is not the place for it. A new letter to that person would serve better.

yamanjoeEveryone on Massdrop has their 1st hand online shopping experience, but nobody will think the original manufacturer the one to blame even if they unfortunately buy fake ones from unauthorized stores. Besides, Venture Electronics has disabled any agencies to cut its COGS since the era of Monk Beta. That's to say, the shop you were in wasn't the one Wild Lee owned.
Therefore, I can't see any point of you to reprimand the shop owner for YOUR PURCHASE FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. Anyone should shoulder their bills about making their own mistakes. Don't rely on anyone else to cover your loss. That's none of their business.
By the way, I won't give you a sh*t on whether you've returned it or not. Whether you give up your rights or not is meaningless to me.
For VE fans, Wild Lee sometimes seems to be aggressive; however, he's also modest and ready to accept any valuable suggestions. If you want to talk about product and quality, I'm available for the discussion, as I'd been working on this field for over 8 yrs. Markets? Sure. Just go ahead. But if is nothing to do with Monk Plus, I don't think it would be an appropriate topic on this thread.
One thing I should emphasize is that Chinese buyers would seldom get hooked by the likes, for they tend to read the dislikes at first. If you act differently, maybe that's your specific approach.

yamanjoeWhy not do research before you buy stuff off the net instead of just pointing fingers at people? I am sure lots of people here, including myself, have bought lots of stuff directly from China and some of us have yet to buy counterfeits like you did and even if we do, we would not start the bullshits anywhere by blaming the original company as their fault. If you did follow enough of Lee's posts anywhere, you would know that he does not sell his stuff anywhere other than directly from his shop which is linked on his website. Buying from a reputable store does not justify that "Oh the item I got is fake, MUST be the manufacturer's fault" so please just bring your drama somewhere else.

yamanjoemy understanding is that Mr Lee has not appointed any dealer in China for his products... He sells them directly.... anyone who claims to have bought from monk another shop, is....FUNNY....

yamanjoeI'm not Chinese but generalizing everything coming from that country is totally not fair bro. Just because you bought fake ones doesn't automatically give you the authority to whine about it and spread bullsh*t about the real thing. It was your responsibility to check whether you're buying the legit thing or not, no matter what the price is. And it's actually a kind of compliment for VE that their stuff are getting pirated because of popularity. They even put a disclaimer at some of their stores that they don't have much distributors and people should only buy from their official stores. You got sh*t because you weren't careful enough so be a little sport about it and stop being a racist assh*le.

CliomanI don't know about that. I'm sure some stores just flip authentic ones. I bought some from a random seller on Ali Express that turned out to be legit. They sound great, so they have to be, and Mr. Lee said he didn't create an HD800 killer.
