I am new to Massdrop. I see 4 chairs that, depending on price, I would be interested in one of them. But they all have a button called "requested". I was just viewing this one and it states it was available last year. So that means what? why did they list it on the site if they don't have it available? or is it that once enough people click "requested", then they will offer it again? Where can I find just a list of things available right now? Or can you only buy stuff that you have "requested"?

This chair has been extremely disappointing. I bought this chair for $350 in February, received it in March, and it has been deteriorating ever since. I am an average sized man, about 200 lbs, and this chair has been bending slowly to the left since I first sat in it. I am contacting Vertigear today because a metal rod has begun to protrude from the seat cushion, scraping my leg, and making the chair unusable. I am extremely disappointed in the build quality of an item branded as "premium."

NNowheremaNNI also have the problem of a piece of metal that came through the seat were you able to find a serial number on your chair? mine doesnt seem to have one

I'm going to post the messages I just had to send to Vertagear about this.
"Dear Vertagear,
I just received my black/black Vertagear P Series chair from Massdrop today. I'm having a real hard time getting the backrest on. The holes just won't line up. I don't know what to do. The order # was XX-XXXXX-XXXXXXX and the tracking number was XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I also noticed a little tear and poorly stitched area which you can see in the photo attached. "
"Dear Vertagear,
I have some follow up information to share. I finally managed to get the backrest on, but only after many hours of trying. One of the top holes (on the left side if you're sitting in the chair) refused to line up properly. I had to have another person push down as hard as they possibly could in order to get the hole to line up and then I was able to put the bolt through.
However, as a result of this the backrest is slightly tilted to one side as you can see in the photo. Also, the bolts themselves have another problem. None of them are actually flush with the fabric material except one of them. They don't look good and I'm afraid they may tear into the fabric eventually. Another possible problem I noticed is that the armrests are not completely stable. They wiggle around some.
Yet another thing that may be a problem with mine is that the central cushion part of the backrest is not sealed on the sides. I can stick my hand behind the fabric and feel a soft material. Considering the price I paid for this share I am not happy. There is no way I could afford to ship this item back to Massdrop or Vertagear. It should not be this hard to assemble and in fact I think the backrest should come to the customer already attached and folded down."

I got the wrong tracking number too. Received my chair yesterday afternoon though. So far its a good chair.

Mine says it will be delivered today, but when clicking on the tracking number it shows it's being delivered to Houston Texas, and I live in NY. No idea what to do.

Support got back with me, I was given the wrong tracking number. I see that mine will be here Friday, instead of what I thought would be today.

Mine came today.... The part that adjusts the tilt of the actual seat, not the back, went all the way down when it was unlocked immediately, and I can't get it to go back up. Both the lock on the left side and the crank thing on the right side dont do anything. Any help here? If i have to exchange this or something (please god no, it's a giant box idk how i'd return it), am I contacting massdrop or going right to vertagear?
EDIT: oh god that scared me. still no idea what happened, but I tried leaning the seat back allll the way back and it magically unstuck the seat pan. Will leave this comment here in case it happens to anyone else.
