Why was the 'oh shit' email not posted in the discussion page for.oh I dunno..the KMD EVO drop?? I'm beyond upset at the fact that I was expected to read that email which gave me a choice of 1) Cancel/Refund 2) Exchange for a) Spyridon MR Elite Black/Yellow b) Spyridon MR Elite Forest Camo, or c) TrekSport Black/Charcoal BUT items were limited and I wouldn't be guaranteed any of them even if I did decide to choose another brand. OH and I only had 2 days to decide?? Come on now.. Sometimes things come up or not everyone checks their 2nd or 3rd personal email on a daily basis only to come back to find out a week later that your order has been cancelled. "Great" sales tactic. I don't care about the other shoes offered to me. I wanted the KMD EVOs.
Also, why is the transaction completely removed from my transaction list. It should just be marked as No response-Full refund. Instead, it makes it look like I didn't even participate in this drop. I joined that drop a full 2 days before the drop ended and if you're having issues "due to an inventory tracking error [in which case] the vendor is unable to ship as many units of the Vibram 5 Fingers as they had initially committed to " shouldn't you have cancelled all the orders specific to the said inventory issue after mine as well? That doesn't seem plausible if " buying together as a group, you all saved a total of $21,102.11." That's a lot of shoes that would be cancelled if it was the vendor that messed up. So if not a huge number of orders were cancelled...why was I the lucky one to be picked to have his order cancelled???
::edit:: I probably wrote this to no avail as I've noticed MD doesn't care about any CS after the drop has ended other than giving out timeline for shipping.
