With a nearly 8-inch stainless steel blade, it’s large enough to trim the fat off a chicken, slice through a rack of ribs, or chop up a watermelon. The wide blade profile is suitable for a standard grip or a pinch grip, whichever you prefer—you could even use is to scoop and transfer food if needed. A triple-riveted rosewood handle pairs nicely with the blade. The handle offers a nice feel in the hand, even when wet or greasy.
