I would get the Mach 4 if it wasn't 45mm.

fallenmigThe Mach 4 uses a Unitas/ETA 6498-2 calibre, a movement originally designed for pocket watches. As such, and given the movement's huge size, the watch case needs to be big to accommodate it. If I recall correctly, I've never seen a watch that uses the Unitas 649X family of movements be smaller than 44mm. ETA makes a 2804 manual-wound calibre that's much smaller and that's used on 40-42mm cases.
