JakeRobertsHi Jake, I received my watch yesterday. It took te scenic route through Northen America to The Netherlands. It went from the Massdrop warehouse in New Jersey to New York, then it hopped over the border to Toronto, went back into the US to Chicago. From Chicago to Minneapolis and from there it flew to Amsterdam.
The watch itself looks brand new and the hands turn as intended. The box it came in also looks very nice. My only complaint would be that the manual that came with it is more of a general manual for all their watches and not specific to this watch.

JakeRobertsThe chrono second hand sweeps smooth, no signs of erratic behavior in the function of the watch. Everything looks good and it is new, but I got the metal bracelet and there is a scratch on the bracelet. Now I see why most watches ship with plastic wrapping the bracelet. This one has plastic on the clasp and on the crystal, but the band got scratched just from moving around in it's own box during shipping and storage.

Eaglezz93Talk about a scenic route! Actually, I replied a few hours ago to a post on the Pelikan M205 Special Edition drop and how I received an M805 Souverän from the folks at La Couronne du Comte based in Tilburg, nice coincidence!
Glad the watch is working great! Mine has now been stuck in Jacksonville, Florida, since Wednesday... so the waiting game continues!

lobsterThanks for the update and sorry to read about the scratches on the bracelet. Maybe you can buff them out if the scratches aren't too deep, but it sucks that the bracelet wasn't protected prior to being shipped.
I didn't like the contrast between the bracelet and the blue face, so I went with the black dial on leather. I'll let you guys know how it goes when mine arrives... another week from now... : (
