Got a new battery installed by a local jeweler. The chrono buttons work now. It still runs slow. Loses half an hour per day on the shelf, less on my hand.

PhilRobertsI also ordered the blue bezel and got it with a black bezel. My chrono functions and time appear to be tracking correctly over 2 days. Could it be a counterfeit not just a miscolor? Some reviewers on Amazon that ordered the blue bezel model got black bezel ones that are clearly fake (wrong numbers, missing text, etc).

PhilRobertsI emailed Victorinox about this and showed them a photo and the serial number. They told me this watch isn't a counterfeit.
