is $39.99 for the whole set of 4 knives? i have the whole 10-piece set already and love mine wouldnt mind some backup
this massdrop format is one of the most confusing ive seen. the product page doesnt say what you are getting for $39.99 until you get to checkout to find out that it is only for a single 8", not the set of 4 where the product page kept talking about the whole set...

UberNoobFor $39.99 or less you get the 8" Chef Knife, depending on how many people commit to the drop. If you want more knives, you can pay $61 more and get all 4 knives. We are beating Amazon's price, something that's dirt cheap, you just got it for cheaper if we can get 60 people to join.

andySure, but that comment A) comes across as unnecessarily rude ("Let's be logical"? Really? He wasn't even criticizing your pricing), even though you may not have meant it that way, and B) ignores his actual complaint/criticism/comment: it easily could, and almost certainly should, be made clearer that Drops like this are displaying the price of just one knife/one of the options, rather than a total price/price for all options. New users don't know that that's how it works, and let's be honest, the site is still new enough that it needs to do all it can to be friendly to new users. It wouldn't even necessarily require changing your template to display a "per piece" by the price (for Drops where that's appropriate) or to display all the options on a Drop like this one--you could just make sure that the first paragraph in the description was "Get the 8" Chef's knife for as little as 33.99, or all 4 for $61 more," or something like that. That information is there further down, but you've buried the lead. It probably wouldn't hurt to change the title of the drop to say "Knife or Knives" instead of just "Knives," either.
Oh, and BTW, great knives. I use the crap out of my 8" Chef's.
