SnakeEyePeteIf this is like any other Victorinox watch that I’ve purchased, there is a warranty represented by the warranty card in the manufactuer’s box that the watch is packed in at the factory. At the very least, that manufacturer’s warranty is offered. At the very worst, the DOA watch issue can be addressed in this manner. Ideal? Of course not. Better than being told that you’re screwed witrout even the courtesy of a reach-around? Obviously yes.
