I got this two years ago and was confused by the heavy smudges/condition of the face, and creased worn out band. At the time I gave it a pass. But not long after the band fell apart. I replaced it with the exact same band from the manufacturer and its a huge difference. The only thing that could have caused those original creases was wear and tear. So, whether it is or not, the condition of what I bought was USED. In hindsight I'm actually a bit angry- I wont purchase anything from Massdrop again. New product should be clean, shiny and band free of creases.
