does anyone know of a place to get less fugly scales online? those colors are really gonna harsh my edc, but it has exactly what I've been looking for.

Addison_woodsDefinitely! Standard 91mm scales will pretty much all fit, but many only have two slots for tweezers and toothpick. Make sure to get the ones with the pen slot (which will also have a slot for the pin, sometimes called "plus"). Search for "victorinox replacement scales" and take your pick of shops. Etsy and ebay have free shipping for a few more bucks. They're a clever one-time snap on design, so you can put new ones on without glue, but if you take them off you ruin the junction and will need glue to reattach used ones. Good luck!

enkiduits great that they offer replacement plastic ones, but I was looking for like, ebony or titanium. thank you so much for the tip tho! I didn't realize that all 91 mm victorinox used the same scales! tysm!!!

Addison_woodsGotcha! Well for that, you'll have to look to aftermarket alternatives and a hefty markup. I have seen custom scales but don't know of any sources offhand. http://swissarmyknights.com is the place to start. Good luck!
