The shortcoming of the Cheese Knife is the same as the shortcoming here: no cap lifter (i.e., bottle opener). It seems like it would be easy to add one simple tool to these knives....

Victorinox makes (or made) a 'cheese' knife. It has a special blade designed to reduce resistance when slicing through cheese. I've only ever seen them on eBay for $40-$50.
