The Classic series of knives from Vie Belle is so named in part due to appearance, and in other part thanks to performance. Crafted with a German X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade that’s hardened to 56 on the Rockwell scale, these knives will hold a good edge for slicing veggies, carving meats, and chopping herbs. The hammered finish helps food slide off the blade for extra efficiency, and the nonslip handle helps you achieve a secure hold in a hot kitchen. Made from durable pakkawood, the handle is fastened with triple rivets to maintain its shape over the long haul. Plus, the knife has a full-tang build for added support. Choose from three different options at checkout.
