Designed to distribute heat evenly, the pan is constructed with three layers: an induction-capable stainless steel exterior, an aluminum alloy middle layer, and a nonporous stainless steel interior. It can take heat from the broiler, oven, and grill up to 600 degree Fahrenheit. The ergonomic handle reduces wrist pressure and doesn’t transfer heat, so it stays cool to the touch.
