The Viking five-ply fry pan helps you cook lighter and leaner. Its Eterna nonstick surface means you can use less butter or oil and still flip pancakes or omelets with ease. The flared sides allow easy access when using spatulas and other utensils, while the ergonomic handle takes stress off of your wrist. The pan has a layer of aluminum alloy that bonds to an interior layer of 18/10 stainless steel, and the magnetic stainless steel exterior makes it suitable for induction stovetops. Designed to distribute heat evenly, this Viking pan can also be used on a standard cooktop, in the oven, and on the grill up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
