Ended up buying the 6qt from an alternate site (where they list full specs). I’m impressed with fit and finish and would recommend the entire line. It’s built like a tank, but no less attractive than my All-Cladd pieces.

SanvichCollectorI wouldn't say resistant, but since the surface is not shiny, scratches may be less noticeable. I don't use metal utensils inside, by the way, only wood or silicone. Of course the bottom of any pot or pan is bound to become scratched from the burner surface over time.
