Its more like a KME than an edge pro. The edge pro doesnt use a clamp. Im interested to see how you flip the knife to do the other side and how you keep the edge even with a clamp that only opens on one side? Other than that it looks luke a quality sharpener

JimSchockI suggest that you buy a digital angle finder with a magnetic bottom. So you can keep a consistent angle when you flip the blade over. I would get +\- degrees when flipping the blade over to sharpen due to how the claw clamps down on the flat of your blade.

JkWongThats a good suggestion. But i was curious to see if this was going to be addressed in a future model. I have an edge pro professional but am interested in adding a clamp style system in the future. This is a system ill be keeping an eye on
JimSchockYes it is something that I've looked in to and I have a solution for it. Just need to line up the manufacturing.
