I am generally not happy with this sharpener, having to readjust it every time you change side so that you don't get an uneven grind just sucks as far as I am concerned. Plus the stones are warped and the clamp is the wrong size and is always in the way. Not a good product IMO wish I just got a KME or edge pro instead for the price.

zaphrodboxYou know, if you just contact me I always take care of my customers. Of course, it does sound like you are just trying to hurt a business though. Not sure what knife you are using that requires "readjsuting" but that's not common with this. Stones warped? What are you even talking about? I certainly haven't shipped any "warped stones". Clamp the wrong size and always in the way? Compared to what? lol.
