Ordered true to size, as per description. Shoes much too small. Contacted support and was told no refunds, no exchanges. Should have believed the others here regarding the problems. Now I am out the money and with worthless shoes to boot. Not to mention the weeks of delay in shipping, apparently just like last time. Might as well have set the money on fire. Fool me once...
I just (finally) received mine and... disappointment! My regular shoe size is a 9 1/2. I ordered these in a US 10. Nonetheless, they are too small. Certainly not a true 10, more like a 9. I will not be (comfortably) wearing them.
All of the orders have been shipped from our warehouse and are now on the way. Once tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

We've just heard back from the vendor again regarding progress on the group's order and they've let us know that all units will be completed by the end of next week and ready for shipment to our warehouse by the first week of November.
