I was adjusting the height of the desk and it suddenly stopped functioning. When I restarted the electronics I now see an ER3 message. Has anyone had something similar happen?

EoliusI don't remember all the steps but:
Unplug the device from the wall socket. Disconnect the cable leading to the power adapter, wait 5 seconds, and put it back in. Once this is done and the desk turns on again, just hold the down button until it goes back to the lowest position. You should be able to move it now.
If that doesn't work, you can speak to someone through the VIVO website. The lady there told me how to fix it.
