This looks awesome - but here’s the question - how do we get a top for the desk? Are there pre made ones?

VideoEditorLadyI have a Jarvis frame at work and used an existing top from one of our older desks that broke a leg off. You could use whatever top you wanted. Many office supply stores (and even home improvement centers & lumberyards) can find you something that'd work out.

VideoEditorLadyI plan to overengineer and build a beautiful black walnut desktop that will cost twice what I budget and look great for about two hours before I cover it with paperwork, peripherals and empty beer cans.

VideoEditorLadyMaybe a solid core door from your local hardware store?
VideoEditorLadyIkea sells counter tops for kitchens in various styles, sizes, and thickness and all solid wood at a good price. I would suggest looking there.

Tex-ArozziAwesome - found a couple that look great. Now one more question before I commit. How do you attach the counter top? Does it need to be wood so you can drill some holes?
VideoEditorLadyOh, its easy... you actually just screw the desk frame into the desktop from the under side by putting it on the floor upside down. There is the manual so you can see what I mean. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1190/2562/files/DESK-V103E_M02-23R_manual.pdf?2916338127193875083
