I posted this on the other single one (I found it after that drop started, so it's good that the other is here).
I just received mine a couple of days ago (I purchased the LCD + laptop stand seen at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FOTABWY). With that one, you do want to pay attention to the size restrictions on the monitor- they're pretty tight especially as the arms don't telescope or anything. But it was very easy to put together, and seems very sturdy. It also gives a wide variety of positioning options to allow you more freedom than you might even think that it's giving you in your desktop arrangement. It also has cable clips so you don't have random cables all over the place, though the funny thing in their pictures is that the instructions made sure to tell multiple times that the cable clips should be on the bottom of the arms. But I'd recommend the item.
As an addendum to the above, I'm not so sure that this is the sit/stand as opposed to just the one linked above. The sit/stand has different connectors that are not apparent in the pictures on this one. It looks exactly like mine. And the pricing is very similar also. The sit/stand retails on amazon for $120 - http://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Sit-Stand-Adjustable-Workstation-STAND-SIT1/dp/B017E0HK42/
