An update for the group, we just spoke to our representative earlier today and were notified that their warehouse erroneously shipped out the wrong unit to all customers.
We were able to catch this before the orders made any serious progress and are having them diverted now.
We have sent the vendor another set of labels and are working with them to get the Vivo Laptop & LCD Sit/Stand Monitor Mount shipped out as soon as possible. We are pushing for early next week. As soon as the correct shipments are on the way a new set of tracking numbers will be uploaded so that you can follow your orders.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 3/23 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezI received a package today from massdrop with a vivo stand. I'm not positive if this is the one that I ordered or if what you are saying is that I got the wrong product? Should I be checking any particular serial number to know whether or not I received the correct shipment, and will I receive a correct shipment if I already received a wrong one?
