It says in the video that it supports up to 24" monitors. Is that true or can it support 27" as well?

GrantDI would double-check the measurements as the mount would screw into the back of the monitor; if it's rather lightweight and the mount will fit onto the monitor, I don't see why not. Be careful to tighten all the adjustable heights and angles well, though.

Is it possible to move the laptop mount portion of the stand so that it is parallel to a wall, and can be moved out of the way to stay flat against the wall? None of the pictures show whether it is capable of this movement.

larakikatoI installed mine to my desk last night; you will just have to loosen the nuts to fold it into this position. The nuts holding the mount at a given height and the one on the tray must be tightened well to hold a laptop securely, so just keep the Allen keys handy for the type of storage you're looking for.
