MillerTechI am having the same issue. I believe it is an issue with the tension on the supports for the 2 side monitors. I used vivo's online "contact us" function at vivo-us.com to request a solution. I will let you know when / if they provide one.
psicloneThey did reply. The fix was remarkably simple. pop off the plastic covers on the back that cover the screw. Adjust monitor to desired tilt. Tighten screw.
andrew.andersonMmmk...that should have been in the instructions. I thought perhaps you already tried that. I did it on mine when I got it and I haven't had any issues, but I had the 2 monitor version.
andrew.andersonI agree it should be in the instructions. I was looking to void my warranty so until I got instructions from them I wasn't going to start disassembling things.
