Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

These seem to be some very high quality fakes. I'd like some other opinions before I send the back.

2nd Edit: After viewing other opinions, I think the seller removed the warranty and serial numbers so that they wouldn't be tracked down by V-MODA when registered online. The phones definitely look and sound legit, but the packaging and missing warranty are still a concern.
(One picture --of the ribbon and white balance card-- is missing, the image uploading thing on here is messed up. Here's a link to the full album: http://imgur.com/a/6tNhk) I noticed that unlike Bryce, the ribbon seal seemed on-par with the one shown in the official pictures:
The thing that really gets me, is that there was indeed no warranty registration card, and worst of all, no holographic sticker showing the serial number on the left side of the inner-headband (as shown in the official photo). There are also two stickers on the bottom of the box, one of which I would guess is the serial number but I'm not sure. The last letter is cut off (but I can still make out what it is). Here's the official photo indicating where the holographic sticker should be:
I've been enjoying them ever since I got home however, and the sound quality is verrrry nice, but I don't have trained ears nor a pair of headphones that come even close to this level of quality so I can't tell if the actual 'phones' are fake or not. Massdrop staff, I hope you have some sort of explanation...
EDIT: Wow Bryce you posted your update the same time I did haha. Mine looks exactly like yours and came in pretty much the same box, but I feel it was pretty safe with all that shredded paper in there as padding.
EDIT 2: Hmm well, this isn't exactly encouraging either... http://www.head-fi.org/t/592389/v-moda-m-100-discussion-feedback-reviews-pics-etc/17460 EDIT 3: Well it looks like nelson mentioned that the serial would be on the box, which it is, but how will vmoda know, without the holographic sticker on the inner headband?
We have already left our vendor emails and voicemails. I'll post the response here as soon as we get them. Keep in mind that since it's just the beginning of the weekend, it's very likely that we won't get any reply until Monday.
Most importantly, if you feel the headphone that you have received doesn't meet your criteria, just email us at support@massdrop.com. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right for you.
There has been a lot of discussion prior to these even being shipped out in regards to their authenticity, and a lot of unanswered questions. Not knowing what happens behind the scenes, I'm given the impression that these issues could have been prevented, especially given passion and attention to detail represented in this thread alone. Looking at the pics posted here in the past couple of days, I imagine that the product that I receive will share the same defects and may not be authentic.
Does Massdrop have the ability to deliver legitimate V-Moda Crossfade M-100's with complete packaging, warranty and accessories prior to Christmas? Via Courier? For International Customers?
The choice to order through Massdrop was one of perceived reputation, a belief in what they are trying to do, and the desire to participate in this community. This product dropped during Black Friday sales where V-Moda's could have been ordered direct for $10 more so price was not the only motivation.
Anxiously looking forward to a response, as it will definitely speak to Massdrop's reputation, their belief in the community they are seeking to grow, and my possible support in future drops.
