I have received my replacement caps today. Only 4 of the keys were slightly defective with stems showing on very close inspection.

My new keycaps arrived today and I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with the quality. A few are a little scratched/marred on top but there are no stems showing through. Thanks for refunding + delivering, even if it took 10 months in my case.

Been hammering away on these every day since I got them from this drop in late August for my Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 with Cherry MX Blues. Still look outstanding. The printing isn't quite perfect (a couple of the keys a printed too lightly and the windows key logos are out of date), but the overall feel and build quality are fantastic and the wear is non-existent. Aesthetics and durability like this really make me wonder why all keycaps are not made this way.
