NavalavaPotentially, yes. But like kbdmania says, I believe there are some fakes as well. So you definitely have to do some research before buying.

io2redactually, most products are poker2 or even poker1, charges around 400 rmb on taobao.com. They sellers just use poker 3 pics, when you place the order, you have to choose specific model and then you will see poker3 will normally be out of stock. options left are poker2 and poker.
I donot think taobao is a good choice as vortex is a taiwan company and I have not found any shop running by vortex on taobao.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
