ez_flowi've actually reconsidered getting this board since i can get a 65% with all the keys that i need, minus the F12 key, but i can just reprogram the F12 to an unused key like right ALT. how come ur gettin rid of urs?

ShalakazaamI really like mine. I have silver switches. I heard a race with the shorter switches are coming out. I'm considering going for that instead. Only caveate is it is cherry red , which I'm not sure I will like and there is no release date. Thought I could sell before I log more miles on mine (it's still like new) and pass it on to a good home.

ez_flowhm never tried the silver switches b4, though i prefer cherry brown/reds over the gateron blacks on the keyboard that im currently using. urs has cherry reds? how old is it?

ShalakazaamGot mine end of April 2019. My race 3 is silver speed switches, not reds. I'm waiting to see what the new mx low profile switch is like. Like i mentioned, I hear they only come in reds and not sure when the race 3 version will come out. Cherry MX just showcased it at CES.

ez_flowoh, youre a time traveler. dope. do u like the silvers? reds are actually pretty nice. have u not tried reds before? supposedly the difference between reds and silvers is absolutely insignificant.

ShalakazaamMy bad...2018...haha. I find vortex keys to be really stiff at the start. I tried browns and reds from other keyboards and vortex by far is much stiffer. Could be the PBT caps? It changes the whole feel of the switch. My silvers are far heavier than any reds I've tried.

ez_flowhmm.. could be the caps!! i had browns on an old coolermaster TKL keyboard and reds on my pok3r. personally, it's hard to say which one i like better.
