"this keyboard is great for typing, gaming, and inputting data." .... Typing : OK but Gaming ?? with no arrow keys or function keys I don't think this would be a gamer's choice. Oh and it's great for inputting data ... you mean like some kind of button covered device that when a button is pressed sends corresponding data to a computer. Hey maybe we could call those buttons keys like on a piano, and since the device is kind of flat and thick, let's call it a board.. so a board with keys on it ... a Boardkey ! ha nailed it.
Seriously though, instead of this marketing nonsense you might want to mention if it's programmable or not, from the 'pn' key on the pictures i'm guessing it is, but it's not mentioned in the description.

sixelannifIt's the same as the Pok3r but with an extra numpad. So you can program it the same way and, hopefully soon, via the tool on their website. As for the lack or arrow keys, that's the main point of the numpad with 0 and 00, to allow you to use those keys as arrow keys. Also you can map them anywhere you want, you can create a layer with arrow keys on WASD and switch between that layer when using a certain game and the standard layout later. So you can game on it quite good, you see.

c_r_zNice, that really makes this an awesome keyboard, wish this was all explained in the description as I feel it would definitely benefit sales.
"So you can game in it quite good" ahhh ok, but can you input data ?

sixelannifIf you are an accountant, I guess so. :D
Anyway, just check out the Pok3r manual/reviews/info, it's the same as the Vibe but without the numpad and the PBT SA keycaps.

c_r_zThank you for the reply but I'm more pointing out a failed marketing description than actually looking for information, as I currently own a Pok3r and while this looks to be an awesome keyboard, I really have no need for another keyboard (but I wish I did, maybe I can "accidentally" run over my pok3r with my car...).
So what I'm getting at is that I feel the description is somewhat lacking, expecting people to download and read the manual to understand all the features is not a good marketing scheme.
Like how can they leave out the programmable part, how many layers, and if it's programmable and as you said the '00' is included in the numpad for potentially programming arrow keys in its place then how the hell do you actually do that if there are no arrow keys on the keyboard. Also what about the dip-switches ? Are they still there ?
So many things that can certainly be answered with a bit of research but should really be part of the description as major selling points (and maybe throw in a mention of the aluminium casing as that's quite a big deal for this price).
All this lack of info on major selling features while making the bold statement that a keyboard is "great for inputting data" (sorry just can't get enough of that one), I feel like someone from MD should spend a little more time on the description of this product.

sixelannifI got a pok3r, it's great for gaming. I have to programm a useful layout for games using tons of keys (uhm ArmA) but there's enough functionality. But the form factor just gives you mouse way more space which is great for low sense shooters.

sixelannifas a StarCraft 2 player, I would go with the Race 3 because you need those function keys for location bindings. I feel like, i would rather get a propa numpad for my Pok3r BUT much like the Race 3, those keycaps are worth it by itself.
ALSO, as a Pok3r user the arrow keys arent a deal at all for me, i just use HJKL for nav and i wouldnt understand why on earth someone would use the arrow keys for gaming?
