Movement is made by vostok out of chistopol Russia factory, but the watch is NOT made by vostok.

Yes... All Vostok-Europe watches are hand assembled in Vilnius. You can find out all about it here;

Don't know of a Japanese movement running at 19800. All the ones I know are 21600, 28800 or higher beat. Which one did you have in mind?
