i'd love to know the rockwell hardness on this as titanium alloys are notoriously soft.

KengYes, Titanium is soft, and is why it is a bad choice for liner locks. I have no experience with any Titanium knives, but I wouldn't risk the coin to buy one because of this. Be good to hear from someone who does have experience.

KengThe part of the blade that's doing most of the cutting are the tungsten carbides welded on the flat Ti side of the edge, and they are typically HRC 70-80.
