I could not care less where it is made, I just want *quality* in return for my hard-earned money! We Knife Co. delivers in that regard (as does Rike, RealSteel, etc). I've sent back more than a few "made-in-the-USA" knives due to flaws, bad grinds, and poor QC in general. Nothing is more disappointing than spending upwards of $200 for a brand-new knife, only to find the blade is off-center (ahem, Benchmade :) and cannot be adjusted, or has a grind that is so uneven it looks like it was "run over by a tank" not "built like a tank". Sure, you can send it back and have it fixed, but you shouldn't have to.
