i already have Shure's se215, would I benefit from anyway from buying these westone 30s?

EldridDifferent level, Westone 30 is same of even higher than Shure 535, I prefer Westone way more than Shure

EldridMaybe, but if you like the Shure sound--I love it, have had a lot of Shure through the years--the SE315, a real step up from the 215, are listed at $199 and there are Christmas sales around if you look at Google.

EldridSE 215 have a single dynamic driver each side. Westones have 3 BA drivers each side. World of difference. The bass won't be as booming with Westones though...but you will get a huge level of clarity across frequency ranges compared with what you are used to with the Shures
