Wow, this is a good price. I just bought the UM Pro 20's for $260 off amazon...tempted to return and wait and get the UM Pro 30's for $40 more here.
If the UM Pro 30s/W30s are an improvement over the 20s, and the mids are more pronounced, this is a great, great deal.

AsteradragonThe UM Series has more mid Emphasis. Depends on what you mean by an Upgrade. I find all the series to be unique with their own signature. The W30 basically has Subwoofer like Bass and has a U Shaped frequency curve. A really Fun and detailed iem, great for Gaming and Movies. It makes music listening fun, but I find it fatiguing after 2 hours or so. So I'd switch to my W40. If I wanted a perfect version of this, it'd be the W50. But as usual, one need not spend such money on things which are considered more of a luxury rather than a necesity.
But anyhow, the Mids won't be more pronounced. The UM30 will have emphasised mids but not the W30. The Highs on the W30 is a lil sibilant while the UM30 has smoother and easing highs. The UM20 is still a good iem, unless you want extended Bass freq and highs.
