Got my box yesterday. Arrived via USPS. I was impressed because it was supposed to ship via the 20th and I received it on the 12th. I got the all black box with drawer for my husband. The box in which it came was slightly damaged but the jewelry box itself was in perfect condition. I did receive a key however the key does not come out once locked. (Kinda odd but not a big deal).
The only thing that I did not like is the glass cover does not like to stay open as you are pulling out a watch. It tries to fall down. There is nothing to keep it up.
But overall very happy and happy not to have the torn leather or any issues other people are having.
