Why did the shipping rate jump from $1something to $8something when I selected 2 packs?

YvetteTaffeIt's confusing, but it's the way shipping discounts work.. A very rough description: US Shipping is around $5 to ship 1 pack, and $7 to ship 2 packs. And for this drop, we made "shipping in the USA free". In essence, a US customer ordering 1 pack is getting a $5 discount, and if they're ordering 2 packs, they're getting a $7 discount. (Discount is "free shipping").
Unlike other companies, we want to pass on that "discount" to international members as well.
International shipping prices scale very differently than domestic shipping prices. Our quote from DHL is something along the lines of $6 to ship 1 pack to Australia, $12 to ship 2 packs to Australia, etc.
When you take the $6 shipping and subtract the $5 discount, you get $1. When you take the $12 shipping and subtract the US $7 discount, you get $5.
So shipping 2 will cost 5x more than shipping 1. (Those numbers aren't the real numbers, they're just examples.)
You can 'work around' this by ordering 1 pack twice from us. To be honest, that's working around the spirit of the discount- but it will work. We're working on implementing different shipping/discount systems that are more robust to apply US discounts to International orders in more "logical" ways.
