Hey, just wanted to comment on the WA7.
I have one already, and trust me guys, it's FANTASTIC. I run the HD650(its a good combo, nothing special, using stock tubes), and the Paradox(T50RP mod) is a magical pairing. If you have a Mad Dog, Alpha Dog, or a Paradox, I would highly suggest the WA7, if you have a HD650, I would recommend an OTL, specifically the Bottlehead Crack. With the HD650/WA7 combo, it took away some of the lush mids away, in replace for more realistic mids, so if thats your thing, maybe it'll be a great pairing to you.
Onto the IEM port, which I think is amazing also. I am using the Philips Fidelio S2 with it, and there is no background hum at 100% volume even, which I think is an amazing feat.
For reference, my HD650 is at 25% volume on high gain, and my Paradox goes to about 50% on low gain. I listen at low to medium volume levels.
Anyway, thats what I have to say about it, at $800, I would jump on it.

wolfetan44I'm getting a HD650 and my unbuilt Crack with speedball is waiting. What DAC would you recommend for this setup? Thanks.

phendI'd say a Schiit Bifrost, and if you want, add Uber. Also, it depends on what sound sig. you're going for, are you going for a warm and lush presentation, or a more realistic presentation?

wolfetan44Haven't really thought about it. I think I want something that I can listen to for hours and not get tired of the music.
I just checked the uber with usb2 makes it about $520. Is the usb2 worth it?
