I just received mine and as soon as I opened it, I immediately noticed that the Woodlab face plate had a large deep scratch going right down the middle, as well as some 'gunky' looking grime all over the surface. The edges of the plate look to be damaged as well. Anyone else have this? Very disappointing since the actual stand is beautiful and the messed up face place is an eyesore. Hoping to get this returned....

david.zamoraIf you don't mind, why not just remove the faceplate and replace it with functional piece like a cabinet knob you can put your headphone cable around it? I'm planning to do that on mine. Just saying :)
