PSA: Massdrop and Woodlore do NOT honor the lifetime guarantee due to mechanical defect listed on Woodlore's website. http://www.woodlore.com/faq/ I had one of my shoe trees crack and neither company has been willing to help resolve the issue.

sdotfangAs an update, after a few emails, Woodlore was finally willing to help. Massdrop was not helpful or useful at all during this process.
