I ordered the Trapper...it's right on the packing slip. Received the Toothpick, which is worthless to me. Here we go again. Getting really tired of this.
AParksSrDitto... Ordered a Trapper, got the three blade model. Third time I've gotten the wrong item. Based on past experience, I'll have to poke customer support every 24 hours for a few days, then they will send me a replacement which will also be wrong, then they will throw their hands up and refund everything and I still won't have what I ordered.
awkYeah. I have one more item ordered from Massdrop...supposedly shipping soon. I'll be surprised if the exact one I ordered comes. If it's the right one, I may stay with MD. If not, that'll be it. Every person who I recommended to sign up here has left already. Neat site, they just make way too many mistakes.
AParksSrMaybe what we should do is watch these comments, and when we see someone who ordered what we got, and received what we ordered, and just work out mailing them to each other. LOL
BrodyChampI did hear from a lady in their CS, stating that several of us have had this same issue, Brody. Then she asked me to send a picture of the knife, box, and packing slip, which I did. Everything shows their mistake clearly. Since I sent that photo, nothing....
AParksSrSame, and they screwed up another order today, pretty spectacularly (I got a giant machete that they've never even sold on here, in place of a Kizer knife that was limited to 60 units). There must be something fundamentally flawed about their internal procedures that allows this to happen over and over again.
They should just buy the product at their own expense from Amazon/BladeHQ/etc, ship it next day to the customers, and "look into the issue" on their own time.
